We provide independent and external support to our client employer’s insurance process in any or all of the following

• Presentation of the grievance report to any internal hearing if required

When we are engaged to undertake a grievance investigation we will provide a report for the client within an agree timescale covering the following matters
• Precise details of the grievance
• Scope of the investigation
• Persons interviewed in the investigation
• Findings of fact with reasons
• Recommendations

We will follow the employee’s internal grievance procedures and are happy to use any internal template for our report or to use our own if preferred
As many employment disputes end up in the employment tribunal we have careful regard to the ACAS Code of Practice on Disciplinary and Grievance Procedures and employment law more generally.
The consultant assigned to you can also attend any subsequent court or tribunal hearing to present their report.
